Our technical service to our customers is an integral part of achieving our mission. If equipment is not working efficiently or is broken, then, as a company, we cannot help customers to maximise their sales and profitability.
To ensure that we offer our customers the complete service, we co-ordinate and arrange the installation, maintenance and repair of all our clients’ equipment.
We have strong partnerships with service engineers that cover the whole of the UK. Not only does this minimise the hassle to our clients of finding and arranging engineers, it also ensures that the machines are set up for our Wicked Coffee beans and that they are working efficiently and at their optimum to ensure that a perfect cup of Wicked Coffee is served every time.
For the majority of the coffee equipment that we sell, we recommend it has an annual service as part of a preventative maintenance contract. This ensures that wearing parts of the machine are replaced on a regular basis, reducing the risk of any unnecessary breakdowns.
