Wicked Teas
Wicked Superior is a blend of high quality teas that
varies throughout the year in order to provide a consistently
good flavour, colour and brightness. Typical countries
of origin are Kenya (East Rift), India (Assam), and
Sri Lanka
Fairtrade Teas
The main tea within these is harvested from the Makaibari
tea estate in India, one of only a few owner-managed
estates still in existence. The leaves are picked
in the autumn when the sun is mild, imparting a gentle
flavour. The leaves are picked, steamed, rolled and
immediately dried to lock in the antioxidants. No
artificial inputs are used at any point during farming
or production. The entire system emphasises environmental
responsibility.

Wicked Drinking Chocolate
Our Drinking Chocolate uses the finest cocoa and
the best raw ingredients, which give the product a
superior flavour and scent of cocoa. Our Drinking
Chocolate contains 10% cocoa. Our Fairtrade Drinking
Chocolate contains cocoa from Ghana and sugar from
Mauritius.
Zuma Fairtrade Chocolate
Zuma’s 100% Fairtrade Dark Chocolate contains
32% cocoa from San Domingo, with fairly traded sugar
from Paraguay. It is a chocolate drink for the real
connoisseur with a higher cocoa contact and a more
intense cocoa flavour for a more European style.
